Without doubt, the best show yet - Requests galore!!

That show was so much fun to produce I don't know how I'm going to top it. I really don't!

Why?

Firstly, the requests. The first hour of the show was dedicated to requests and in never ceases to amaze me the quality of music that the listeners to Flash 1512 ask for. Keep those requests coming in guys, it's what makes the station so unique.

Secondly, the tunes I played in the second hour of the show were so good it kinda leaves me worried that I've peaked too early. Thankfully I don't think that's the case ;o)

'The Crush' on Flash

My band, The Crush, were honoured to be asked in to the Flash 1512 studios to record a one-off show dedicated to us, our music and our influences. The show went out at 7pm on 10th February 2013 and was repeated at 9pm on Tuesday 12th February 2013.

Show No.18 done and dusted

Woo hoo!! Show No.18 is possibly my favourite show so far. Why? The music. Pure and simple. There was so much top quality music crammed in to this show that I almost didn't know where to start. Thankfully I did start and was allowed to finish too.

Working on www.flash1512.co.uk is such a fantastic experience. Being allowed to play the tunes that I know people are going to appreciate really is an honour. Long may it continue.

Result!!

Yes! Happy with that one. Managed to fit in a good mix of music this week (not that I don't always manage to if you know what I mean) and even played possibly the longest song ever recorded; well it felt like it anyway that being Echoes by Pink Floyd.

More music than you can shake a stick at!!

Wow!! Record set this evening (well a personal best at least). 28 songs played in two hours!! How did that happen?!?!

Actually, who cares? At the end of the day I played 28 tracks of, what I consider to be, high quality rock and blues music over on www.flash1512.co.uk and I loved every minute of it.
