Good songs + good requests = great show

Back after a little bit of a break

It's been a couple of weeks since I put out a new programme on Flash for one reason or another but it was great to be back in the saddle tonight.

I decided to play the cream of the crop tonight, the best songs I played from when I first started on Flash. It was great looking back over what I'd done previously and putting the very best together in to a new show.

Hope you all enjoyed the live Dire Straits track, Money For Nothing. It's an absolute stonker of a song.

  1. Rock 'n' Roll - Led Zeppelin

  3. Road to hell PtII - Chris Rea

Another fun-packed two hours

Well it was for me anyway ;o)

Loads of great tunes tonight and quite a lot of stuff that I think/hope would have been new to a lot of the listeners. As I mentioned in the show, that's exactly what Flash 1512 is all about in that we play you the music you wouldn't normally get to hear on the radio.

Here's the playlist from tonight's show:

  1. News of the world - The Jam
  2. I'm bad, I'm nationwide - ZZ Top
  3. Highway star - Deep Purple
  4. Trampled under foot - Led Zeppelin
  5. Southern Man - Neil Young
  6. Whipping post - The Allman Brothers
  7. Tunnel of love - Bruce Springsteen
  8. Sheep - Pink Floyd
  9. Peace of mind - Boston
  10. Twilight zone - Golden Earring
